The Rich B*tch Lobster Caesar Salad Recipe You Deserve

You know that feeling when you get old enough and far enough along in your career to stop having to buy rail liquor? Or when you go to the grocery store and spring for the pre-cut fruit because you truly cannot be bothered? Or even when you go to dinner with your girls and you all can't decide what to order so you get everything because you want to try it? Yea...this salad is for THAT stage of your life. The moment when you realize that you truly f*cking deserve. It takes walking through a lot of crap to get here, but once you do, you'll realize that you've earned every bit of luxury you're able to afford.

I've loved caesar salads for as long as I can remember but this one is heads and tails above any ones I've ever made before because it just makes me feel fancy. If you aren't the biggest fan of lobster that's not a deal breaker here, you can use shrimp, crab....hell even chicken if that's what you want. I personally prefer toasted panko breadcrumbs in this recipe instead of croutons, it maximizes the crunch-per-bite-ratio that is unbeatable. And of course, you have to make your own caesar dressing but don't worry, it's really easy.
